At the Crow Language Consortium we’re gearing up for our 3rd Annual Crow Summer Institute.
We are very excited to announce that Bethany Yellowtail will be joining us at CSI this year! Bethany is a Northern Cheyenne and Crow fashion designer, who has recently gotten a lot of positive feedback about her new line of clothing (see here and here for example). She’s a huge supporter of the arts and, more importantly, language! She is currently taking Northern Cheyenne classes, and is happy to join us at CSI 2015 to support the Crow language.
The CSI is a community event that empowers teachers with new knowledge, techniques, and tools for teaching Crow. But it’s not just for teachers – it’s for anyone who wants to learn Crow! All beginners are welcome.
Classes will meet five days a week, from 9-12 AM and then from 1-4 PM. Each 15 hour class counts for one credit.
